I loved everything , I just did not like the check-in part if the express did not work. Not enough staff for the check-in.

We indicated that we would be having three people in the room when we booked. To get to the room to shower and realize there were only two towels. One of us walked to the front desk, but they said that they don’t hold towels there and that we have to call room service. When we called room service they said it would take an hour to get us a single towel.

Granted, it’s been a few years since we’ve been here, but the property has been rundown. Also, after waiting an hour and a half to check in, we were told the room that we paid in advance for wasn’t available. We were offered an upgrade but had to pay for it (which we were not charged what we were told we would be charged upon check out) staff is still very pleasant but probably won’t return any time soon

Property was clean and there is something for everyone. The rooms are also very big and nice

Check in and out very slow,they changed my room and put me far away
No parking for guest have to pay $30 dollars extra..👎
