The hotel was good. Excellent beach bar redtaurant and band. The weather was bad, which would have been ok if the pool had been open (was closed).

Great location right on the beach, but the aging property seems to be neglected in terms of keep up and maintenance..

Pool needs work very slimy on bottom. Rooms need upgrade tv old dont connect to phone and small. Appliances,stove, dishwasher leaking and refrigerator needs to be replaced. Couch in first room was all scratches. But the kind staff. The staff is grom heaven. Changed the room for me. View amazing right across from ocean. Alot of driving. This property is a little distance away from Atlantic city.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the King Size Bed. I didn't like the air quality in the room. The room thermostat wasn't functioning, I couldn't control the heating and cooling when needed in the room.

This property is in dire need of maintenence. Our first room, the Kitchen sink leaked so bas my wife got drenched when she turned the water on. We asked for another room, the second room, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, several outlets were not working. The staff responded in a timely manner and the sink was clogged.
