The hotel was very nice. Everything thing is on the property.. food, casinos, pool, jacuzzi!! The rooms are nice modern and clean. Plus there’s parking!! I had a great time!

The hotel is clean and lively. The reception/front desk staff were not well informed and helpful. The young lady checked me in and handed me the room keys without saying a word, I had to ask for directions to the elevator. They couldn’t help with basic information like, directions to malls, airport transportation, whether there was a room charge for local calls (I am a frequent traveler and this is a first for me) etc. To add to my disappointment the Wi-Fi on the 10th floor was horrible. On the other hand, the security was VERY helpful. They were able to answer most of my questions and provided suggestions.
