I was late for my reservation. I lost my room and the price was much higher. Decided not to stay.

Good and chill room had like a pee smell to it

The clerk who checked us in was very professional and polite. He allowed us to check in a tad early and also check out an hour later. However, the property was a tad outdated and smelled weird. Plus, the AC wasn't adjustable and should have been set at a cooler temp. The ocean breeze was colder, and we had a balcony room, which helped.
