Didn’t get the room I paid for. Hotel was pretty disappointing

Unfortunately, this W hotel was not a good stay. We were in town for business and the hotel manager Walter was less than accommodating. It seems like he doesn’t put his guests first. The only great experience was the young lady who checked us in, Erica. She set a great expectation for our stay but unfortunately it went down hill. From the cleanliness of the room to the bartender at the bar. I believe her name was KEDA. She was absolutely rude and dismissive. I would honestly had fired her after she interacted with my group and other people at the bar. This hotel has the potential to be a decent hotel but they surely should clean house with the staff and hire people who are actually dedicated and passionate about quality and hospitality.

Enjoy the stay really nice hotel, parking a bit pricey $55/day

The Hotel is in a great part of Atlanta close to lots of restaurants and it has an Amazing Lobby Bar.

Only concern i have is, as much as the rooms cost im not understanding why its not complimentary breakfast
