First room we got put in smelled like nothing but old cat pee and the second room we got in, the AC sucked.

The beds and couch were comfortable. The room and property was clean. Staff was great. I didn't like the fact that there isn't a microwave in the room.

Elevator only has one working side. The temperature is hot in hallways and elevator
My room was soiled to include some dog poo
My card was pre authorized for a full weeks stay and also charged for a full weeks stay
Ice makers do not work and my sink leaked bad and still leaked after maintenance fixed it
4th floor does not have access to come direct down on the elevator

It had a horrible odor, dirty sheets and bugs in my room. Ieft immediately!!!

My room sink was busted and there was no signal to the tv the entire stay
