The main water broke in the area and I had to check out!

The staff were great! There was an unexpected water line break and the hotel staff kept us informed and issued a refund when we had to check out early.

Breakfast was acceptable, there was not much variety but the options were basic for all ages.
The room was clean, spacious. Functional for a small family vacation. Equipped with the basics and necessities if you don't want to spend a lot of money eating out.
The security of the place is quite good, you can only access the place and move inside if you are a guest.

We have been using this hotel whenever we visit ATL.
For our purpose & budget, it is a nice place (downtown & close to our family).
YET, it IS NOT perfectly convenient IF you don't have a car access.
