The phone system was inactive. No incomming or out going calls were possible. Breakfast was cold. The staff were the shining point.

This is an average hotel that has a lot of positive qualities: Polite staff; clean but not fancy; clean room with working refrigerator and microwave and a nice workout room with working equipment. Additionally close walking distance to Walmart and many dining options. The complimentary breakfast was good.
The negatives:
Sleazy hotel guests that smoke pot and hoard luggage carts ( they must keep them in their rooms because the carts weren’t anywhere to be found in the halls). We have stayed here 2 times with the same situation.
I liked the price but my Wife was creeped out by the hotel guests and I was fed up with the unavailability of carts so we won’t be coming back.
