Although, the property was beautiful and the staff was helpful. There were issues with my stay. When I first arrived , I was given a key to someone else’s room( luckily no one was in there , but it was clearly occupied) . spent $297 per night to stay and the air went out in my room twice. The last night of my stay I called down at 1am they told me they were full, the maintenance people wouldn’t be in until 8am and they sent the security up to look at the thermostat and he had no idea how to fix it. I had to tell someone when I went down for breakfast after a sleepless , hot night. The bartender and gentleman in the kitchen were great , but overworked. It led to very long wait times. No housekeeping came at all and there were no extra towels to change. Parking was convenient but the price was outrageous. The air was the major issue for me. I spent too much money to be uncomfortable at any part of the stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait on fresh towels, that was ok. However, this location is in need of a deep cleaning. There were stains everywhere, the carpet, the curtains even the pool furniture. The pool area dirty, floor needed mopping. A dirt ring even in the pool. I asked for an early check in, didn’t realize that would lead to me having to clear the bathroom myself.

My Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Breakfast service was horrible. Staff refused to put out ample service items so you could serve yourself. To get a bowl, you had to asked. I’m a lifetime Diamond Member. I was just shocked with the level of service from Embassy Suites in this area-especially seeing the beautiful surrounding areas.

Not up to embassy standards with a lack of breakfast food everyday. Understaffed bartenders during reception time. Never cleaning the room nor any clean towels given any day outside of the first day even though we requested them many times.

Great location to access all parts of town. Helpful, professional and welcoming front desk staff. Very clean and spacious rooms.

This was a business and personal trip for me. There were several issues that needed addressing. On arrival we were assigned a room that wasn’t quite finished ie: paint etc. We notified front desk and was moved. In the new assigned room there were noisy neighbors upstairs that had kids running all night 2x in which paint from the ceiling was in my belongings, and it shook loose the desk ceiling light from it’s foundation. I reported that to front desk and immediately and Jordan was apologetic and offered to move us again. We declined and Jordan was notified within minutes Jordan had security address the issue and the light was fixed. Jordan and his team made it enjoyable by remaining Professional, Courteous, and taking great care and pride at Embassy Suites and in the Hilton brand.

Twice the toilet clogged. I had to remedy that the 2nd time because no one else came to do it when called. Nice to have complimentary happy hour but they were out of half the drink selection. Slept on a roll out which was like a bag of rocks.
