The staff was nice and helpful, when I'm in Atlanta again, I will definitely stay there again.

The front staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. There was a hot continental breakfast every morning. There were fresh cookies at the front desk.

The location is nice since it's close to downtown but far enough away you're not in with the noise and traffic. The hotel is rundown though, there appears to be no upkeep in making the hotel look nice. The staff was not friendly - they were not rude either, but not welcoming or interested that there were guests around. The price for downtown Atlanta hotel is good...but you get what you pay for. Would not stay here again.
