Lobby staff was wonderful. Housekeeping was terrible- room not vacuumed, Shower supplies and toilet paper not refilled. Dirty towels left in bathroom and bed very sloppily made. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

The property describes rooms are Acropolis view. The Acropolis is only visible from the balcony, not the room creating a false promise. We are on the first floor which gets a lot of traffic noise The drain in the shower drains very slowly as a result one stands in a puddle However the manager is very nice and has a great customer service attitude

I love hyatts and this has to be one of my favorite! Staff are amazing ! Only problem with this facility is the elevators that hopefully they will change ! Over all 10/10 will be back soon!

This hotel was fantastic. But, it's a solid 30 minute walk to anywhere you want to be. If you prefer walking over driving, I'd get something closer to the attractions.

The Staff did a wonderful job taking care of me after my Flight was canceled and rerouted. The airlines sent my bag to a destination I didn’t go so I had no toiletries when I arrived neither did I have a change of clothes. They gave me a toiletries to help! I loved my room too for the short time I was there! Beautiful place.
