Great location. Beautiful hotel. Staff were very attentive. Adam in the front was exceptionally helpful.

Good to stay. Modern and smart hotel. Well located, with a convenient and efficient valet parking. Two downer: First, Room service has to be charged to a credit card, not to the room. Fair, except that the software does not take credit card without a zip code, like mine (I do not reside in the US) upon calling, I was told I could come down and pay, then food will be delivered to my room. This defeats the purpose. Change your software supplier please. Second. The AC in the room is not really controllable. I called to ask how to raise the temperature and was told to put it on automatic and set the temperature 4 or 5 degrees higher than my target. Does not really works that well. At night I set it to 71F and it was 66.7F (I travel with a thermometer) at one point. Not very good. The Units are not powerfull enough. When raising it to above 80F in the morning, it took 35 minutes to go up.by 2 degrees F.

Hi Adel, I apologize about the inconveniences you experienced. We do have QR codes in-room that allow for you to charge through your internet browser on mobile devices, I'm sorry if this did not work for you or was not explained. Our AC system can be a bit tricky as well, If you do return we will gladly advise you on how to get your room to your liking and will make sure our staff knows how to properly instruct :)We greatly appreciate you and hope you decide to stay with us again.

Very nice hotel, everything in great working order, excellent staff, very nice rings that were designed very well. Loved it, best honeymoon place! We will return!
