Was not aware of construction rate was way too high for the conditions, Understand the need for improvements but inconvenience should he reflected in rate.

There is not a microwave (even in the suite), overnight parking is $25, the hotel is under construction, glassware in our room looked used

We stayed in 503 and it was newly renovated, absolutely beautiful and clean. Would love to return

The staff was amazing. So helpful. The hotel was in remodel mode, so no bar, breakfast service. Our room needed a mirror and the suite part of the room was old looking and not inviting. Bathroom was nice tho

Would have been nice to know at time of booking that the hotel was in the middle of renovation; dusty, only two elevators and one was being used for the renovations, our room had dust inside, tv very small, bathroom is too dark for makeup. The staff however was very friendly and made great suggestions for places to visit, eat and shop.

We loved Hotel Indigo! Everything was so clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the complimentary amenities and toiletries were top notch. Our stay was very relaxing, even with them doing entire building renovations. Next time we are in Asheville, we will be staying here!
