Beds are comfortable and room is spacious. Very family friendly. Tiny flaw that can't be helped is shower and toilet are a bit outdated. Cleaners still do a great job maintaining cleanliness daily. Reception & kitchen staff were great & always on hand to help when needed.

Hotel staff, specially Housekeeping, maintenance, waiters and Frontoffice were always very kind, helpfully.
Breakfast: fresh fruit from the garden - but everyday the same (Papaya). For the "muesli" only "Weetaix" - no other grains for a change available -
Hotel was full because of young Rugbyplayers from Japan, Fidji participating a tournament.
When they are in/at the small pool, there's hardly any space left for "regular" hotelguests. As there is no shower available at the pool, I think the quality of the water after their swimming and playing just after their trainingroutines was no longer good.
They also occupy the usually for breakfast intended room - so we had breakfast at the bar.
Singing their "Haka" motivations-songs at 06am woke us up several days within a 7-days wasn't a recreation holidayexperience.

Tanoa is very nice for accomodation but they need to take a look at their Menu and update

Generally comfortable motel style room blocks with nice pool area and decent restaurant. No concerns re cleanliness, staff generally helpful and room serviced daily. With a hire car was able to see most of Savaii and Upolu

Convenient accommodation for all activities in Apia.
