I love the customer service. Beautiful and friendly staff. The rooms are SUPER CLEAN. Would love to stay here again.

Location convenient to town and markets.
Linen dirty, made my skin itchy and wasn’t changed during my two week stay even when I requested it.
Took a $150 cash key deposit but refused to refund it as I was leaving on an early morning flight before office hours.

It is a mistake from our end that we should have given to the security like we usually do with our every other guests leaving early morning. Thank you Moatoga for the beautiful room my husband really enjoyed his staying even though it was only few hours but he enjoyed his sleep before he went to his family home.
Thanks Expedia for the cheaper fights and the points. Appreciated and Keep it up the good service.

Reception is hostile and racist.No complaints desk or manager on site or refund.Demand of cash bond from guests. No free wifi or conference services for guests.Complex is doing carpentry on site and other services not ideal for hotel.Rooms are in better condition but poor tv connectivity and limited channels. The staff need further training on tourism and hospitality and can't handle international guests.
