I liked the airport & train shuttle but the checkin process was very slow.

This is a great hotel with nice view and good Breakfast. The Manager of the hotel is really nice, friendly and helpful.

The entire property needs a DEEP clean, refresh, & mattress replacement. I have been loyal to this Lake Front as I work remote & travel to Alaska frequently. However after this last stay, I cannot justify loyalty when hallway floors are littered with dirt & trash, looking as if a vacuum did not exist; mattresses are sunken in the middle, bedding was stained & very used. I will be staying at another location going forward unless significant refresh & update is made to this property.
