We needed a room for 12 hours, and this place was one of the better prices. Big mistake! Definitely not for couples or families. The room we were provided with had 5 major deficiencies, which will be the subject of a letter to Expedia and motel management.

Overall a little disappointed. The facilities in the room are very old.There is some bad smell.The location is not very convenient.But the service attitude of the staff is quite good.

Rooms were nice. Property was undergoing renovations. Clerk did move us to better room to avoid noise etc. Area near abandoned buildings.

First room we were given had a terrible smoke smell(smokefree),they gave us another room which was better.Tgd beds had mattress protectors on them so every time you moved u woke up from noise.Traffic noise is terrible and the neighborhood is about as scary as it gets.

Thank you for your stay. Unfortunately, due to location, we are by the main road. Our neighborhood is no difference then any other neighborhood in the Anchorage bowl. Our mattresses are new and if we are to remove the plastic, the warranty will be voided.
