The best thing about the hotel was the free transportation to the airport. Other than that everything was average. Okay room, okay cleanliness.

Friendly staff. They came right away to pick us up at the airport. Pictures on the website looked nicer than they were. Very outdated. Tub was dirty. Room service was horrible. We ordered food that never arrived. After calling back, we were told it got cancelled as it was delivered to the wrong room so we didn't eat that night. Very disappointing. Glad we had snacks on hand.

The people working at this location were trying to make an amazing experience, which it was minus the inconvenience to get downtown, overall would still recommend it. Grab a great uber driver....

Easy access to the Anchorage airport only 15 minutes from downtown. The interior is very dated.
