Office staff made a mistake and didn’t charge my card when I checked in at 5pm so they decided that it was acceptable to bang on my door and attempt to open my door with their key at 12am while my wife and I were sleeping. Absolutely unheard of and the fact that if I hadn’t locked the door then the woman from the office would have just walked into the room as we slept infuriates me. Location and parking are great but completely unprofessional

Booked for a night before Disneyland to go swimming and relax. Quick and easy check in, clean rooms. Only downside the jaccuzi was under maintenance.

Showers were a bit dirty and outdated but for the price it’s pretty nice and would do it again

overall I am satisfied. the only thing I had trouble with was the fact that the rooms were not soundproofed enough…
otherwise, access is easy, parking easy, staff available and attentive, thank you!
