Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The food was pricey but delicious. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. A pipe or the elevator or something would rattle every thirty seconds every single night and morning for a few hours waking me up. We were told the Disneyland shuttle could take my husband’s wheelchair. After waiting and the bus finally coming they said they can’t take it but that the next bus could, but they didn’t know when it would arrive. So a few big things made our trip less fun but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good but you can tell the hotel is getting old and it needs Netflix options

Property was a bit outdated but loved the mix restaurant. The location was right across from Disney parking which made things very easy . Was a bit frustrated they charged me for early check in and charged my mother for parking, it was resolved quickly as those charges were not supposed to be charged.

HHonors Gold Member (ex Diamond) A tale of two stories: 1: the staff is incredibly helpful and explode customer service with no pain or issues whatsoever - wonderful human beings from everywhere. 2: The condition of the property is old, mega worn, and used hard by the years of guests. The first two nights our entire floor reeked of marijuana smell, so that gives you a clue. We stayed 6 nights and after the 2nd, both my wife and I developed severe sinus infections and coughing that wouldn’t stop. Having said that, as soon as we checked out and got to our airport, the coughing subsided so it wouldn’t surprise me that there may be mold issues due to years of marine layers coming/going for the past several decades as long as this hotel was built with little to no mold inspections or remediations occurring. The housekeepers are obviously working their hardest and doing their best, but it’s lipstick on a pig at this point. Hilton continues to underperform throughout their portfolio and this may be the stay that causes me to finally leave the brand entirely.

Booked for my 40th birthday. Rooms are very outdated, dark, with no room lighting. First room we were given had visible black mold growing on the vent, peeling/bubbled wallpaper, given a downgrade room but then no refund or credit. Staff were not helpful. Only nice thing was the cocktail bar, and the housekeeper who did an excellent job. Would not recommend this place and won’t be back.
