I was really disappointed to find out that they no longer offer a shuttle on to Disneyland. We booked this hotel because on the Disneyland website, it says they offer shuttle to the parks. I had stayed there many many years when I was younger and always remembered that they offered that and it was just so convenient. It’s a little outdated but it is close to the parks.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. The shuttle service is still available and is offered by the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART Shuttle). They serve all the hotels in the area, our hotel included, and they stop in front of the Hotel every 20 minutes and can be used by using their app "awaywego". We regret to hear you were not able to utilize the service during your stay and hope this helps for the future.

Clean, quiet and great location. Also, hotel provides free breakfast.

I was very happy with how clean and the smell of the room was very clean property. We will be back and stay here.

The hotel was great! the staff was very helpful and nice. The only complaint i have is our shower was clogged which was a little gross.

All staff was excellent and helpful. Staff in the breakfast area were super nice.

Staff was great, breakfast was good and had a good variety of options for everyone. It is in the heart of anaheim, so there is some issues with homeless people nearby, but the hotel manages it effectively and we rarely had problems. Would stay here again!
