It’s kind of a walk to the parks from here but it’s nice to go over through downtown Disney. The area was kind of rundown and the restaurants nearby are boarded up.

This property is very old and out dated. There were stains on the couch and chair, the floor was cracking I places. Our shower had absolutely no pressure but when we asked about it, they installed a new one. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We have stayed at this property for years on our trips to Disneyland and will continue to do so as long as they have rooms available. The facilities are clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and their proximity to both Downtown Disney shopping as well as Disneyland Parks means we can easily walk to our destinations without having to drive and pay to park somewhere else. This hotel is exactly what we look for on vacations and will happily stay here again on our next Disney vacation.

About 15 minute walk to Disneyland thru California Grand Hotel.

Surprisingly a very cute and clean hotel. Staff is nice, rooms are outdated but kept up. Beds are hard, seems as you are sleeping on plywood, but after a long day at Disneyland, even a plywood bed is comfortable…lol
I would definitely return, but with my own pillows.
