The hotel was clean and very close to Amsterdam Central. It was very busy so getting elevator was difficult.

Rooms, service and staff were excellent and were very professional and accommodating and hospitable. Our one comment was the elevator service was very slow - we were on the top floor so it made coming and going back and forth a longer trip than it should’ve been. Not quite a deal breaker, but certainly made us think twice about not forgetting anything before we left the room because going back for something would take some time…Possibly a revamp / update in the computer programming of the elevator system would be recommended for the hotel to consider- otherwise it’s 5 stars all the way!!

Everything was good, it is slightly out of the way of the “action”, but very nice property and walkable from the train. Would stay here again.

Excellent service from Reception however very lacking in the dining room as well as the limited menu. Also only one out of three lifts was working.
