Loved this hotel as it also has bike hires. The location was beautiful, peaceful and convenient.

Pretty clean! Staff are extremely helpful!! The hotel recently added an elevator (manually operated by the rider) that goes from lobby to 3rd floor, but to go to 4th (has only 4 floors) you need to take the stairs. Note that the stairs are spiral kind which could be a little difficult to take if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. But if you don’t, take the stairs, it’s part of the Amsterdam architectural charm!

Lovely little hotel that makes accessing museums and other attractions easy. Our rooms looked out on the canal and the neighborhood beyond. So quiet! Steep stairs to to 4th floor might be challenging to the elderly. Did wish for a common room where one might retreat during the day if one was at the hotel and not able to spend time in the room. Cafes nearby are a good solution.

Easily assessible and walking distance to train station. Staff was very friendly. We lucked out with an early check in that made a huge difference from coming off a red eye flight. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service but the staff offered to carry our luggage up the stairs. Room was modern and everything worked as should.

My room was supposed to have one queen bed and one king bed but only had one queen and one single bed

Overall very good stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and nice.
Only real criticism would be the mattress was quite thin so less comfortable than it could have been. Otherwise we had a very nice stay here
