The staff was very friendly and helped with an earlier check in!
The lighting in the room could’ve been better, it was not the ideal setup for two people getting ready at the same time.
The hotel was a bit far from the center of the city and we knew that when we booked but definitely would stay more central next time. The front of the building has a beautiful little view of water but it was too cold for us to enjoy it

I found the hotel and inconvenience. The tram took 10mins but from the station to the hotel the road was very bad and remote to get to. Especially lugging the luggages on the rocky grounds was hectic. Hotel could at least offer a shuttle to and from hotel to station. There were mushrooms growing on the front door of hotel. Definitely won't be staying there again.

We could not see in the main room for lack of lighting. I know you have a green policy and I support that. But no ceiling lights or lamps of any kind in the main room was inconvenient and dark. At night my husband needed his headlight to read.

We had the panorama view room, it was beautiful! We visited for a special occasion and were able to decorate the room. Staff were friendly! It would have been good if transport options were explained when we checked in, the bike ride to central station was lovely <3 we really liked the hotel and definitely would recommend

They could use a few more creature comforts, inside the room they don’t have cups for your coffee, and it’s a little dark. It need more lighting, and it’s not comfortable. The chairs are not comfortable in the room.

We booked it as a romantic getaway for their spa rooms. However, it's not as convenient as we hoped location wise. The restaurants around it are sparse, especially when you come back from a long day out in the city or elsewhere. If we return to Amsterdam again, I think I'd stay closer in De Pijp or Jordaan where there's more restaurants and other things to do. Overall, the service and rooms are great though. No complaints there.

A great hotel, with friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent.
However the rooms are rather dark and the area behind the hotel is a building site, which is a shame.
It was well situated for the tram.

I love the punk industrial asethetic! The room was comfy and hotel bar was a nice spot to hang out in after a long day out on the town.

This is what was NOT good!
No washcloths furnished in the bathroom.
Air conditioning stopped working during both nights we stayed there.
Lighting in the room and hallways were substandard. Bathroom lighting very bad.
