After 2 weeks, I still have not been refunded my security deposit. We stayed on 2 separate occasions & neither has been refunded. The hotel is under renovations & it was quite noisy throughout the daytime. The staff was very quick to move our room when we brought it to their attention which was great.

Super slow check in process. Not many enough staff at reception. Room wasn’t available not only for us but many others on the day we arrived. Renovation was going on at the hotel. Lights were out many times during the stay. We had to call reception every time the lights were out.

Wife and I stayed here four nights in early April. The location is excellent -- our room was quiet -- and the bed was comfortable. The downside was we arrived early and was told we could have a room, but must pay $15 per hour until check-in time at 3:30 p.m. I think that is excessive. Try not to arrive early. We didn't eat any dinners at the roof-top restaurant so can't comment on that.
