The hotel is not well kept. Staff are not friendly at all. Can’t recommend to anyone to stay. The only thing that’s good is the shuffle.

The room was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was wonderful and on time. It's about a 10 minute ride. My only complaint was the squeaking hinges of the bathroom door. Our neighbor was in the bathroom all night, and you have to open the door to get in and then close it to use the toilet. So the constant open and closing with the loud squeaking of the door kept me awake the whole night. Please management, use some WD40 on the bathroom hinges!!

Very confusing staff at the reception area. They seemed to lost one of the couples in our family. we gave the name and they can't find their room in the system???

Very convenient to Schiphol airport and railway station. By using the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel it is easy to travel to various cities in the Netherlands for day trips.

Room floor could use a scrubbing. The pool was not open. Staff was great. Very convient for early morning flight
