This is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Style, convenience, comfort staff and food. The basic room is not all that expensive.

Bathroom smelled like sewage and the bathroom hygiene product pumps did not work. Room key access expired and had to go to front desk to reactivate.

Disappointed that The Tailor wasn’t serving its full cocktail menu the evening we visited as seemingly they did not have all the ingredients! Sadly didn’t get any five star wow factor impression - the hotel feels quite ‘corporate’ and impersonal. Breakfast options were varied but the coffee was awful. Rooms were spotlessly clean but underwhelming. Good location but wouldn’t stay here again.
