Family stay comments

Flooring squeaky and coming off. Mattress was too old and beat. King size bed is almost the size of international queen size. Lack of coordination and system updating leading to inconvenience and confusion while checking out. No bill was given when payment was made. Staff was courteous though, I might say. Condensation on window was too much causing bad smell in room. The experience was just not what was expected from holiday inn.
