The best asset of this hotel is it's staff . Helpful, friendly and quick to respond if anything goes wrong

The hotel carpets and bathrooms are extremely old and dirty.

I booked a deluxe upgraded room and asked for higher floors to receive an average room at the 2nd floor while hotel is almost empty!! Terrible management and customer service

Great hotel - v comfortable

Excellent facilities (eg indoor heated pool), spacious rooms, nice views of Amman and the housekeeping staff were top quality.
