First of all, no lock in bathroom, they didn’t provide any key for lock, Secondly, intercom wasn’t working Thirdly, very low light in room, Fourthly, bathroom amnesties were insufficient like no shampoo was there Finally and most bad things was Air-condition wasn’t working, even it wasn’t turned at all. I would like to say, try to avoid this property.

Hello Ac is working just checked that . It was on heat not on cold. If you asked the reception they will help to change it for you.You have shampoo in the shower and soap.

1. Rest room door would not open fully as the sink was blocking it, so you have to squeeze into the restroom 2. Toilet flush was broken and would stop working 3. Bath tub was too steep and difficult to get in. You have to be a gymnast to get into the tub. 4. Towels were dirty yellow and very old. Need new towels here. 5. Cream and sugar for cofee and tea has to be fetched from the reception 6. Phone was not working 7. Bed cover also needs replacing with new stock 8. Staff was very helpful and dis whatever they could to make your stay better

Value for money

Mariam hotel is great value for money and is in a good location although we had a car so we could drive to and from attractions. I'd say you get what you pay for, which is fair. There's not loads of choice for hotels in Madaba so I think with a little extra love (even if that means upping the price slightly) this could be a great hotel option. The things we found that could be improved: Wifi didn't reach our room, there were next to no toiletries, the rooms weren't sound proof (big gap under the door) so it wasn't very quiet, we had to wait 20minutes to get served at the bar/restaurant by the pool, and although it's great to have breakfast included at this price it left a lot to be desired (nesquik as chocolate spread for pancakes substitutes). The pool is definitely a perk although we didn't use it, it's mostly in the shade.

Thank you.The wifi problems in Jordan from provider company provider not us. We have highest speed and unlimited accaunt . It is winter now a days and not mush sunny days.
