It is extremely convenient to be right there at UMass Amherst for proximity to tours and enjoy all the dining options! #1 Campus Dining in the U.S. is certainly accurate! It was great to immerse ourselves in the student atmosphere at this stage of college planning. The room was exceptionally clean and supplies were sufficient for our needs. The staff was always very helpful with questions. We'd be happy to stay again. The stay definitely enhanced the appeal of choosing this school as a top choice. If someone power washes the outside of the building, people will have a better perception, because the experience inside is phenomenal. Many people have mentioned this in reviews and I wonder why they don't do it.

Very nice reception area where you can grab a healthy refreshing snack. The staff at reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. I left my prescription sunglasses at the front desk when checking in and was able to call and find out they were there. I picked them up later.

So convenient for making a college visit. Staying here puts you right on campus and gives a good sense of the college quality of life for students.

There weren't sufficient facilities or services for the price. Additionally, the reception staff wasn't friendly, and there was no Wi-Fi connection available.
