First room smelled like cat pee so they moved us. Second room had all the towels in the toilet. I would have thought they fell from the rack above except one was one the ground soaking wet…so someone did it purposely at some point. Third room was okay but still had tissues on the floor beside the bed. Only three towels and two hand towels and two wash clothes for the family of 4 we are and reserved for. Gentleman who checked us in and embarrassed and made sure we were in a room that was okay. Morning staff was not a happy bunch.

Comforter was as thin as a sheet, no extra blankets.

They were in the process of replacing carpeting in main area and some rooms but our room had patched carpet and not good condition. Sink had a huge caulked crack in it. People were very pleasant. Hopefully the updates will improve the overall feel.
