A very pleasant 2 day stay in Alor Setar.
Posted 24 Feb 2024 on HotelsA very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi.

Not so good. Smell of smoke in the early hours of the morning in a non smoking room.

The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls, shops, restaurants and street food stalls. Nice place. Just suggestion to add more light inside the room, it’s quite uncomfortable for me with vision problems. Also dirty kettle.

Disappointed with the room ,dirty carpet with smell ,coffee cup wit lipstick and coffee stained.only gd is the room is big.
