I had to ask 3 different times for my floor to be swept and mopped. After it was done my feet still left black marks in the shower due to the floor still being dirty. When they cleaned the floor they did clean the shower so it wasn't so dirty so that was a bonus. I thought it was just stained dark but instead it was just a dirty shower floor.

The check in person was super nice. We had a problem in our room and it was immediately fixed. Would highly recommend.

To start with they tried to double charge us because our “ Expedia reservation didn’t show paid” an hour later ( around midnight) we were given one of the last two rooms according to the app. Room number written on paper. Bathroom door only had knobs nothing to completely shut door. Mildew on bathroom ceiling, roach, drain backed up during shower, 2 towels for three people. Definitely not cleaned very well at all

Stayed there 3 times and it gets dirtier each time. Breakfast very limited. Not as friendly as the 1st visit. When in town for business I will stay elsewhere now.
