Overall our experience was great and we enjoyed the resort. My husband and I both agree we would return. Some of the things I liked was the beach, the sky bar, and the food options. The beach is beautiful and there was great places to swim and a little cove with a wave break to view tropical fish. There was a lot of seaweed due to the time of year and they did a great job of keeping it contained with barriers and and picked up. We enjoyed the sky bar every evening and the entertainment. It was well appointed and had a nice breeze from the ocean. The food was better than most all inclusives and selection was good. A buffet is a buffet but they had multiple stations set up for custom orders. The staff was amazing and accommodating. A couple of things we didnt enjoy were the pool, staging area for transportand and lack of drink selection. The water temperature at the pool was very warm and there was no way to get cooled off. I do realize it was very hot while we were visting 95F most days and we had a hard time cooling off even in the shade. Getting in the pool was like getting in a warm bath. They could definitely use a misting system or a cold plunge pool. The staging area for pick up and drop off was a little chaotic and ther no seating or shade while waiting for your pick up. The lobby seating was to far to hear your driver call for you. There was a lot of people and luggage waiting around for their driver. Our ride was 30 minutes late so I probably found it more irritating

The front desk staff starting with Marlene is phenomenal! Everyone is very welcoming ! Very helpful my family and I absolutely LOVE this place !!! It was our third time visit in 1.5 years we really love it !

The resort was excellent and a wonderful staff at the Grand Sirenis. The concierges at our building, Cristoffer and Diego. Ramon and Angel at the buffet restaurant, Miguel at the Italian restaurant were all great.

Second time staying here, I wish it was disclosed during booking that half of the resort would be unavailable due to remodeling. Ceiling in bathroom began to leak on our last day.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I have no idea where to start. This has been the only resort I have been to where the staff wasn't accommodating, they weren't attentive, at every bar I went to there was only one person working it so it took forever to get a drink, then they were out of a bunch of stuff when you went to order, when you were sitting around the pool and beach there was no staff to come take orders so of course the bars were packed! My room was a mess, I had ants and roaches and I even called to inform the staff, and NOTHING was done about it I called the front desk, I called concierge, and cleaning service no one came to clean or even offer a different room, I was there with my 2 year old and I was afraid to sleep! The soaking tub was disgusting, and the shower was also disgusting. The AC in my room wasn't working and it was 90 degrees outside I also called to complain about that, and nothing was done or offered for that. Like I had stated before I went with my 2 year old and this place advertised on their website that kids pool area big splash pad and basically catered to kids, NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! The pool area was closed for construction, which wasn't mentioned on the website while booking this was the ONLY reason I booked this place.

Had a blast during our stay in May 2024. It was a quiet week, which allowed us to enjoy the resort in full. Loved the Beach, the nature all around and in the resort, the lazy river, the coffee and juice bars, and the taco bar! Our drinks were on point and we had a private dinner, which was amazing food and service. The bartenders were not always the friendless... and sometimes we had to wait for services- BUT our conceirge was amazing and super friendly /fun and helpful (shoutout to Issac!) The food at the buffet and a la carte's were okay overall. We did a spa afternoon and it was well worth it, and food was amazing there! The furniture and light fixtures are such a vibe- love the decor. I didnt love that they have dolphins... definitely did not support that My sister and I had a great time overall, and look forward to coming back to see the new changes and enjoying this unique resort!
