We had 2 stays here, before and after our boat trip and they stored our luggage for us. This is a very nice hotel and there is a great choice of restaurants near by. This seems to be the more up market end of the town as regards places to eat and there is a lagoon for swimming in just close by and the hotel has its own swimming pool. You cannot swim in the sea with out a stinger suit, there are very nasty jelly fish causing serious injuries if stung so don't. We were upgraded on our first stay and wifi is free and available in your room. Very comfortable room with tea, coffee etc and a good size fridge. We were sea view with a balcony. Good staff, great place.
Pleasantly surprised !! Not expecting much as the pictures of the website made the room look tiny, but on arrival it was huge and very comfortable with all kitchen and apartment amenities. Double curtains blocked out the sun in the morning and fan and aircon were great in the heat. Mattress was top quality. Water pressure & bathroom hygiene were fantastic. The views straight across the harbour were beautiful all day both from the balcony and the pool. The bar is open afternoons/evenings and has a nice relaxed vibe. Woolworths is directly at the bottom of the hill and all the cafes shops and bars are just past that. Having an apartment for the week saved us money on eating out and allowed us to be independent and do things off the tourist track in airlie beach & around.
Located about 600 meters up the hill behind Airlie Beach Township, the rooms overlook the town, and have a panaramic view of the ocean and some islands. An easy walk to town (coming back is up hill but taxis are available if reqd), but all tour operators will pick up and drop off outside the hotel door. Truely a relaxing break.
The Hotel needs to have wifi in all the rooms. We had to go up to the pool each morning and night to be able to use the internet. Also, there is NO staff on site after 5pm. This is not a hotel. It is a condo unit. The space was amazing and we loved our stay. The bathrooms are very open so there is little to no privacy from anyone else that is in the room.

So pleased to arrive and find this Accomodation was clean with comfortable beds (a big plus in my book) and had all amenities, including being opposite the new Hamilton island Ferry pick up point. Plenty of parking and a great free breakfast. (Help yourself tea etc, juice, toast, yoghurt, fruits, baked beans, porridge) We walked into the restaurants and shops. Very reasonable and highly recommended.

Rooms extremely clean. Owners/managers are very helpful and friendly - essentially an information centre, and even had a push chair to loan us to get our toddler up that steep hill! A couple of maintenance niggles with the room (I reported these to management on checkout - fridge leaking, sparking lamp switch etc, so I'm sure they will be fixed) but otherwise highly recommended.
