The worst customer service ever! Ended up waiting in front of the door for late check in and nobody came. I tried calling provided number many times and nobody ever picked up, same was with the ring bell. They just didn't want to show and to check us in. So I ended up staying in a different place, the more welcoming one.
Don't go to Mediterranean resort!!

Its unfortunate you booked into Mediterranean online 20minutes before arriving and our resort was full. We had no confirmation from any online booking agent you had booked in.
my suggestion to you is book ahead to save disappointment and blaming the resort when you had not been booked into this Resort.

Pros: Everything was as one would expect.
Cons: Not an issue/concern - the TV could be larger.
Location: Great convenient location to village, transport and ports.
Immaculately presented apartment and throughout the complex.
Perfectly clean and with all needed items. Service was excellent.
We enjoyed the Whitsunday views daily from our living areas and balcony over breakfast and drinks. Pools are stunning. Short stroll to village shops, eateries and waterfront. If not driving prepare for short steep walk complex.
Happily return to stay. Management to be applauded.

Location: The location on a steep hill as all of the nicer resorts were in the area. walking down wasn't a problem and taxi back $6 to $9 from town. .
This resort was great. It was very clean upon our arrival and the views were exceptional. The pool area was relaxing and very clean. John in the front office was very pleasant and always willing to help. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

The ants!
Posted 26 Sep 2017 on HotelsVery comfortable and great location, seemed well kept until later in the evening we found ants everywhere! They were coming out from behind the baseboards and the bathroom mirror. Management seems to be aware as we found any killing sprays in a cupboard. Other than the critters the view is to die for. Cockatoos are everywhere and the access to town is mega convenient with free parking under the unit. Would stay again if the ants were dealt with.
