The young fellows above us were very rude load and very disrespectful they had there music playing till 10 then they went out and came back at 4 in the morning and played there loud music again till 9 in the morning .the air-conditioner leaked all over our kitchen floor we used our towels to wipe it up .no compensation was offered for our troubles not happy

We are sorry to read Robert your stay was disturbed by some inconsiderate people. On arrival you were given a welcome letter to which has our afterhours number to call as we have a manager on site to deal with such situations. We have no hesitation in having security come out to evict. Or you could have called Police link if it was that bad. The guests in question did leave the next morning. The same morning you mentioned your Air Con was leaking. So, we had a private contractor come out on a Sunday who fixed immediately. As for compensation. You booked and paid a through a third a party, not direct with the property. Safe travels.

Great location
Posted 12 Jan 2024 on HotelsExcellent location short walk from main cafe and shopping areas. Easy to find and excellent service. Room could use an update (worn couches, broken blinds) but staff was great.

Great location! Short walk to centre of town and short walk to the Port of Airlie. Located away from the hustle so you dont hear loud music from pubs/clubs at night which is a massive plus for us.
Rooms are dated but still clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Pool is lovely and our room had amazing aircon which is very much needed at Airlie Beach.
Our airport transfer booking booked by accommodation was a bit of a shambles on arrival but trip to airport on way home was fine.

I liked the proximity to the boat and bus terminal. However even though the Boathaven was across the street we couldn’t cross there and had to walk a km to reach the hotel and the last 300 m we on a steep incline. The staff were great and very accommodating. Thanks for the papaya Brenda!

Close to shops,restaurants and main street very comfortable bed,very quiet at night.

Posted 13 Nov 2023 on HotelsOnly found out on arrival they were serviced appartments and there was no service for the 3 days we were there. Close walking distance to the middle of Airlie Beach but the driveway is a killer for walking home. The pool, spa and BBQ areas are well maintained and clean.
